A text message purportedly stating that Union Bank of Nigeria would shut down operations effective from January 19, 2024 went viral last week.
The claim that the bank was shutting down operations as directed by CBN came at the time when the apex was in the process of acquiring Union Bank for the federal government.
An online medium had shared a link claiming to be the application form for TETFund 2024/2025 recruitment, which went viral on social media platforms.
Aside from the link, there is another social media which went viral that highlighted salary ranges for those who emerged successful with the same link urging them to apply for the job.
