Did Nollowood Actress, Toyin Abraham Give Birth After Attending Priscilia Ojo’s Wedding?

On April 24, 2025, a Facebook user @FederalAkash posted a picture of Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Toyin Abraham, with her husband, Kola Ajeyemi, holding a baby in what seems like a medical facility. The picture was posted with a caption that reads: “Congratulations to actress Toyin Ajeyemi Abraham, she gave birth after Priscilia’s wedding. Congratulations to her.” 

As of the time this report was published, the post had gained over 17,000 likes, about 5,000 comments and 109 shares. 

VERIFICATION 

To verify this claim, NV-A conducted a related keyword search, image verifications and a search through the official social platforms of the actress and her partner. 

Our search results came back with no recent reports that the actress gave birth. We only found articles from 2019 and a picture announcing the birth of the couple’s first child together; a son named Ire.

Using Google’s reverse image search, we found that the picture in the claim was initially posted in 2020 by Toyin Abraham herself to celebrate Mother’s day. The image resurfaced recently as blogs and fans kept posting it during the recent Mother’s day celebration. 

Scurrying through her social media accounts also revealed that the actress had in fact deleted the picture from her page. However, many blog accounts and social media users across different platforms still continue to use the picture to garner traction on their page.

CONCLUSION

The claim that Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham, gave birth after attending the wedding of social media influencer, Priscilia Ojo, is FALSE.
