Are Rubber-like Clots Causing Heart Attacks and Sudden Deaths In Individuals Who Took The COVID-19 Vaccine?

On June 22, 2025, a Facebook page identifying as a gaming video creator posted a claim noting that strange rubber-like clots had been found in individuals that were vaccinated against the COVID-19 disease. The post, which was accompanied by a video added that this discovery was made in individuals who had suddenly died or suffered heart attacks. The four-minute video was captioned:

🎯 ATTENTION! This video may be deleted at any moment — save it and share it now! ⚠️ Shocking truth the media won’t tell you! Since 2021, doctors have been finding strange clots in the bodies of the deceased — long, rubbery, white fibrous clots that had never been seen before. Doctors warn: these “worms” have been extracted from the veins of dozens of dead individuals — and nearly all of them were vaccinated! 💀 Heart attacks. Strokes. Sudden cardiac arrest. 📈 And these are NOT isolated incidents: Out of 35 daily autopsies, such clots are found in 24 cases.

By 2025, their prevalence has risen to 80%! Independent experts claim this is directly linked to COVID vaccination. But you won’t hear this on TV. Why? Because pharmaceutical companies are making billions while people die in silence. 🤯 This could happen to anyone — even if you feel fine right now. ⚠️ These clots can form over months — until one day, a fatal event occurs: thrombosis — and it’s over. ❗ After the first alarming reports in 2021, we assembled top experts and developed an innovative formula that: ✅ Dissolves fibrous clots after just one course ✅ Cleanses and strengthens blood vessels ✅ Reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, hypertension, and post-vaccine complications 🔥 Over 100,000 satisfied users in South Africa!

VERIFICATION

NV-A subjected the video to verification, using the ‘Deepware AI’ tool but it came back negative as seen below.

For further analysis, close shots were taken from different angles of the video and analysed using Google len. Facial movements and speech of  the medical expert, Salim Abdool Karim featured in the video were compared with other videos where he was also speaking and it was noticed that his usual facial wrinkles had smoothened out in the Facebook video being analysed. Additionally the audio did not match his mouth movement, and a critical look at the video shows an unusual blinking of Karim’s eye. These discrepancies were indicative that the video was manipulated.

Multiple keywords search revealed that the claim had emanated from a 2022 anti-vaccine documentary titled “Died Suddenly”. In the documentary, embalmers and funeral directors are discovering an unusual surge of strange, fibrous blood clots in bodies of those who had received COVID‑19 vaccines, suggesting this is evidence of vaccine harm.  A recent study and analysis debunked the myths that were being spread by the documentary. It should be noted that funeral staff are not pathologists and cannot determine clot causes.

Meanwhile, pathologists and embalmers routinely observe post-mortem clots that form after death due to the cessation of circulation, especially in bodies that are not embalmed immediately. According to the National Institute of Health, COVID-19 infection itself, not the vaccine, has been linked to an increased risk of blood clots, strokes, and cardiovascular issues due to inflammation and hypercoagulability. Moyo clinic also attest has also debunked the claim that COVID-19 vaccine leads to the formation of unusual blood clots

Regulatory agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and the European Union’s European Medicines Agency (EMA) continue to monitor vaccine safety. Rare side effects like vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) with the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, have been documented, but these are extremely rare and not characterised by “rubbery clots.”

Medical Experts’ View

A medical doctor, Usoro Paul with the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, UUTH, described the claim as a conspiracy, saying “I was among the first to get the covid vaccine jab and till date, I have not been diagnosed of any unusual illness nor do I feel something strange in me,” adding that “those are just conspiracy theories to discredit the hard work of medical experts in vaccine production”.

His assertion was supported by Dr Ebimobowei Dickson with the Federal Medical Center, FMC, Yenagoa, Bayelsa state. “I took the vaccine, both doses and also administered them on people, including members of my family, but I have not heard or seen any blood clotting on any of my patients who got the vaccine nor have any of them suffered from stroke or sudden death due to the covid vaccine,” he said. Dr Dcikson further pointed out that “blood normally clots after death, and this process which is known as postmortem clotting, is a natural occurrence as the body's clotting mechanisms continue to function for a short period after circulation stops.”

CONCLUSION

The claim that COVID-19 vaccines are causing “rubbery white clots” that lead to heart attacks, strokes, or sudden deaths is FALSE and NOT SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN. Expert research and medical personnel assert that the claim is rooted in conspiracy theories and has been repeatedly debunked.
